Why Sales Development at Steno Is Different

This is not a transactional, churn-and-burn role. It’s an opportunity to build a foundational pipeline in a high-impact, high-visibility position with a clear path for growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through high-volume outbound outreach (primarily cold calling)
  • Re-engage and qualify existing accounts for expansion opportunities
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to generate pipeline and support land-and-expand efforts
  • Maintain disciplined activity tracking and pipeline management in HubSpot 
  • Consistently hit daily activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets

This is a fully remote role operating on a 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET schedule. Success requires strong phone presence, resilience, coachability, and comfort operating in a high-activity environment.


You’ll excel in this role if you:

  • Have 1–3 years of cold-calling or outbound prospecting experience
  • Are comfortable making a high volume of daily calls
  • Thrive in performance-driven environments with clear KPIs
  • Have experience working in HubSpot CRM or similar sales engagement tools

Base Salary and Commission - Your Growth Potential

  • Salary: $58k
  • Monthly Bonus: Expectation of 50/50 base salary and monthly bonus 
  • Potential first year OTE: $116,000 and above - monthly bonuses are uncapped
