Summary: Navigate360 is seeking talented and energetic sales professionals to join our growing team. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position at Navigate360 is responsible for engaging and managing clients, giving you the opportunity to grow within the Sales team.  This is an exciting sales role for goal driven achievers who are capable of building meaningful relationships and managing current and potential clients. Navigate360 offers a competitive base salary with a bonus plan for this position.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Engages and establishes rapport with prospects and works with Sales Reps in a team approach to closing business. 
  • Expands client base by pleasantly engaging key decision makers in target schools and businesses via outbound calling efforts.
  • Engages in the qualification process by asking relevant questions to create sense of urgency. Delivers value justification benefit statements, manages client objections and questions, , coordinates appointments, captures and analyzes data in Salesforce and SalesLoft platforms .
  • Develops leads and lead sources, creates client interest and awareness in Navigate360’s services and books meetings for prospects to meet with Sales professionals.
  • Attains monthly productivity expectations for dials, emails and total touches.
  • Meets monthly quotas for Meetings Booked and Opportunities created.
  • Collaborates with marketing to evaluate MQLs and MCLs to determine effectiveness of leads,  and email campaigns.
  • Executes on a strong customer engagement strategy while connecting with customer executives/decision-makers.
  • Aligns with Sales team on prospecting strategies..
  • Ensure that the largest impact on customer engagement and value are delivered while efficiently managing client inquiries.
  • Collaborates across functional areas of the business to meet and exceed established individual and team goals that are aligned with corporate strategic initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
  • Goal driven, achievement oriented and self-motivated.
  • Highly detail oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and collaborate with other divisions to achieve strong results.
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, while collaborating with other divisions to achieve strong business results.
  • The ability to successfully navigate business systems and processes to obtain high client advocacy and business results.
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel, ability to make key data informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Salesforce and SalesLoft platforms.
  • 2 or more years of experience in customer facing jobs..  \
  • Tech savvy using social media and other applications for marketing related campaigns.
  • Displays entrepreneurial zeal.
  • Interest in continuing personal development and growing career through sales organization.

Normal Working Hours and Conditions:  Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  However, this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations. 

Physical Requirements:  Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.  Daily physical functions include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting.  The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds.  The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
