Summary and Objective
The Sales Development position is a key role within the Grand Caravan, Jet Club and Fractional sales organization which directly contributes to growth of incremental sales production annually.  The primary goal of the incumbent is to grow new lead channels through strategic partnerships and events to generate sales leads for the senior sales team.

Essential Functions

  • Develop strategic partnership initiatives with luxury brands, hospitality groups, lifestyle organizations, and travel partners to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition
  • Implement structured and scalable agent referral programs to targeted channels
  • Plan, coordinate, and represent the brand at industry events, showcases, and private client gatherings to generate leads and strengthen partner relationships
  • Achieve goals for number and quality of active partnerships established per quarter, lead volume and conversion rates generated through event and partnership channels, ROI of sponsorships and co-branded activations, and growth in referral business through partner channels
  • Track ROI and performance metrics for partnerships, events, and sponsorship activations to measure impact and optimize future initiatives
  • Manage budgets for partnership programs, including contract negotiation, activation costs, and post-event reporting
  • Work cross-functionally with sales to ensure partnership activations drive qualified leads and tangible revenue outcomes
  • Utilize basic product and aviation knowledge during in-person prospecting engagement to secure future meetings with sales team

 

Skills and Abilities:     

  • Highly social within the South Florida market, comfortable at elite events and building rapport with high-net-worth individuals
  • Being a self-starter who is highly motivated with strong initiative 
  • Interpersonal skills with an emphasis on effective communication skills in both oral and written forms 
  • Resiliency under pressure of sales environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through phone, email, and personal correspondence  
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites   
  • Proficient critical thinking and presentation skills  
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively  

Work environment 

  • 60% travel and field, 40% in home office
  • Exposure to loud noises including airplane machinery and jet engines. 

Physical demands 

  • Ability to see and hear clearly 
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English clearly 
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods 
  • Ability to regularly lift/move up to 20 pounds

Qualifications

Required education and experience 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of business development, partnership management, or event marketing experience, ideally in private aviation, luxury travel, or high-end hospitality.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B relationship building
  • Fluent in Engling & Spanish (additional languages a plus)
