We’re searching for a West Coast-based Sales Executive to join our Corporate Sales team as an individual contributor, so that we can drive revenue growth, optimize client satisfaction, and deliver measurable outcomes for large healthcare organizations. The Sales Director will serve as the expert lead managing strategic corporate healthcare accounts in California & Alaska, forging strong executive relationships and shaping multi-year growth strategies. 

 
How You’ll Spend Your Time 

  • Develop comprehensive account strategies that address complex client needs and anticipate organizational evolution within strategic corporate healthcare accounts  

  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing client accounts, leveraging insights to drive high-value revenue growth and multi-year partnership commitments  

  • Leverage deep healthcare sector insights to position RLDatix solutions effectively against client challenges, securing strategic positioning and greater product penetration 

  • Craft and deliver persuasive presentations to C-Suite and senior stakeholders, articulating strategic value and securing executive buy-in for high-value solutions  

  • Ensure disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting for high-value expansion opportunities within current corporate accounts. 

 

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having 

  • 5+ years of experience of multi-product healthcare SaaS sales 

  • Proven success in closing large platform deals and managing complex sales cycles 

  • In-depth knowledge on how to deliver persuasive presentations and secure C-suite commitment to strategic technology investments and partnerships 

  • Ability to travel within North America to meet with customers and attend team meetings 

  • Sincere interest in navigating multi-stakeholder environments 

  • A knack for working both autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced, customer centric environment
