Following continued growth and a strategic partnership with Ripple, ZILO is expanding into the United States. This is an opportunity to become our first commercial hire in the US and help establish ZILO as a market leader in Digital Transfer Agency.

Role Purpose

Primary commercial focus: Driving the adoption of ZILO’s Digital Transfer Agency platform across the US financial services and digital capital markets ecosystem.

As Sales Director, Digital Capital Markets, you will lead ZILO's commercial expansion across the United States, with primary responsibility for promoting and driving adoption of ZILO's Digital Transfer Agency offering.

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will introduce ZILO's proposition to asset managers, fund administrators, custodians, wealth platforms and digital capital markets participants.

This is a strategic, market-building role for an experienced enterprise sales professional who can identify opportunities, develop executive relationships, influence industry conversations and secure transformational technology partnerships. As ZILO's first US-based commercial employee, you will play a key role in shaping our growth strategy and future commercial organisation.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Growth

·  Develop and execute ZILO's US go-to-market strategy for Digital Transfer Agency.

·  Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of enterprise opportunities.

·  Lead complex sales engagements from initial qualification through to contract execution.

·  Deliver against ambitious revenue and growth targets.

Business Development

·  Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across asset managers, alternative investment managers, fund administrators, custodians, wealth platforms, digital asset infrastructure providers and market infrastructure organisations.

·  Identify new market opportunities and strategic client engagements.

·  Build executive-level relationships with business, operations and technology leaders.

Market Development

·  Represent ZILO at industry conferences, client events and executive forums.

·  Position ZILO as a trusted partner in the evolution of digital capital markets.

·  Build relationships across the broader digital asset and tokenisation ecosystem.

·  Contribute to thought-leadership initiatives that support market awareness.

Strategic Collaboration

·  Work closely with Product, Marketing and Delivery teams to ensure market feedback informs product development and commercial messaging.

·  Develop strategic partnerships that accelerate market adoption.

·  Provide insight into US market trends, competitive positioning and customer requirements.


RequirementsEssential Experience

·  Significant experience in enterprise sales, business development or strategic account management within financial services technology.

·  Proven success selling complex software or platform solutions to Tier 1 financial institutions.

·  Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

·  Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships with C-suite and senior operational leaders.

·  Track record of consistently delivering against commercial targets.

·  A requirement of this role is an established network of senior contacts across the US asset management and capital markets industry that can be leveraged from day one.

Industry Knowledge

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

·  Transfer Agency, asset servicing or fund administration

·  Securities services or capital markets infrastructure

·  Asset management or wealth platform technology

·  Digital assets or tokenisation

An understanding of digital capital markets, tokenised investment products and next-generation financial market infrastructure would be highly advantageous.
