Job DescriptionAbout the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Director to own occupancy growth at one of our Spectrum retirement communities. You’ll develop and execute the community’s sales strategy end-to-end — building referral relationships, guiding prospective residents and families through the decision process, and ensuring a steady pipeline that supports long-term occupancy stability.
What You’ll Do
- Drive sustainable occupancy growth by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy with effective lead management and conversion.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, placement agencies, and community organizations.
- Lead the sales process from inquiry through move-in, delivering an exceptional experience and partnering with Operations for seamless resident transitions.
- Analyze sales performance, occupancy trends, and market data to refine strategies and improve conversion outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and sales reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience required; senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or consultative sales backgrounds preferred.
- Genuine passion for serving older adults and enhancing quality of life for residents and their families.
- Strong relationship-builder who can guide families through complex, often emotional decisions with empathy and professionalism.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and consistently hit occupancy goals.
- Data-savvy — comfortable analyzing conversion metrics, referral source effectiveness, and market trends to drive results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
