Director of SalesAbout the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Director of Sales to lead revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen strategic customer relationships. This role is responsible for defining and executing sales strategy, building and mentoring high‑performing sales teams, and establishing scalable sales processes that support sustained growth.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with deep experience closing complex, high‑value deals, aligning cross‑functional stakeholders, and driving predictable revenue outcomes across multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing sales teams through recruitment, performance management, and ongoing talent development.
  • Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing customer relationships and managing strategic partner engagements.
  • Lead and close complex, high‑value enterprise deals and long‑cycle opportunities.
  • Optimize sales operations, CRM (Salesforce) utilization, pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance analytics.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Delivery teams to execute go‑to‑market plans and revenue initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of all lines of business to identify cross‑sell, upsell, and market expansion opportunities.

  • Achievement of revenue and year‑over‑year growth targets
  • Sales pipeline health, value, and conversion rates
  • Customer acquisition, expansion, and retention metrics
  • Average deal size and sales cycle efficiency

Required Skills & CompetenciesSales & Technical Expertise
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales performance analytics
  • Advanced strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and commercial acumen
  • Experience designing and scaling repeatable sales processes
  • Proficiency with executive‑level presentations, proposals, and negotiations
Functional & Leadership Competencies
  • Stakeholder management at executive and C‑suite levels
  • Deal strategy, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Market intelligence, competitive analysis, and solution positioning
  • Collaborative leadership with strong communication and decision‑making skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and external customer focus
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • 18–20 years of overall professional experience
  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including enterprise or complex solution sales
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering consistent revenue growth

The compensation range in this posting reflects the Company’s good‑faith estimate at the time of publication. The applicable base pay range for any individual will be determined based on the candidate’s designated primary work location as well as factors including role scope and responsibilities, required qualifications, and the individual’s experience, education, skills, knowledge, and performance. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation such as discretionary merit increases, bonuses, or sales‑based variable compensation in accordance with applicable plans and role requirements.
