Nova is looking for a Strategic Account Director to support business growth and strategic customer development across the Southwest US region.
This role will focus on emerging customers, regional fab expansion opportunities, and adoption of SNT technologies within the US market. The position will work closely with Global Account teams while supporting opportunities outside the existing Global Account ownership structure.
The role is intended to strengthen Nova’s local market presence in rapidly growing semiconductor regions including Texas and Arizona.

What will you do as a Strategic Account Director?
- Drive strategic growth activities across Texas and Arizona, with potential future support for additional Southwest US regions
- Lead new customer penetration and regional business development activities
- Develop relationships with emerging customers and regional stakeholders
- Support future fab expansion opportunities and strategic market growth initiatives
- Drive adoption and expansion of SNT technologies within US accounts
- Coordinate closely with Global Account teams to support strategic regional opportunities
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer growth areas
- Support customer escalation management and improve local business responsiveness
- Collaborate with internal sales, applications, operations, and business unit teams
- Provide regular updates regarding customer activities, opportunities, risks, and market developments
- Support customer presentations, technical reviews, and strategic business discussions
What Will Make You Successful
- Strong business development mindset with ability to open new opportunities
- Ability to build strategic customer relationships in fast-growing markets
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing environments and customer needs
- Ability to operate independently in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market
- Minimum 10 years of semiconductor industry sales, account management, or business development experience
- Experience working with semiconductor fabs, OEMs, or advanced technology customers
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry landscape
- Strong relationship management and customer engagement skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel approximately 35% of the time
- Preferred location: Texas or Arizona
