Insights & Reporting

Platform Ownership & Optimization

  • Serve as the primary Showpad owner for global configuration, governance, and performance.
  • Manage platform architecture, permissions, workflows, automation, and integrations with CRM, HRIS, CMS, SSO, and related systems.
  • Oversee platform releases, testing cycles, and cross-functional communication.
  • Identify and implement enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Program Support

  • Support all Global Sales Enablement programs including onboarding, continued learning, certifications, and evergreen initiatives.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows, improve content accessibility, and increase platform adoption.
  • Champion best practices for data usage, content governance, system design, and operational excellence across Qualys.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in sales enablement, platform administration, revenue operations, or data governance.
  • Hands-on experience with enablement platforms (Showpad preferred), LMS/CMS systems, CRM integrations (Salesforce), and analytics/BI tools.
  • Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomies, content models, and data governance practices.
  • Proven ability to design dashboards, deliver insights, and support executive decision-making.
  • Experience managing complex systems, integrations, and workflows across global, cross-functional environments.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with content governance, compliance requirements, and audit readiness.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong data modeling proficiency.
