HCSS, a 16-time "Best Company to Work For in Texas" software company in Sugar Land is searching for a Sales Enablement Interns to join our Sales Enablement Team! This is a PAID internship where you will gain in-depth skills in our tech stack that will take you further to success. You will make an impact by contributing to our product teams to deliver high-quality software applications to our customers.
Here's what we're looking for in one of our openings:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Instructional Design, Education, Sales, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.

What will you be doing?
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on existing instructional materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness and learn industry best practices.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with teammates to design and develop engaging e-learning, job aids, newsletter articles, and instructor-led training materials from start to finish.
  • Content organization: Use design and communication skills to help organize our knowledge base.
  • Feedback and Iteration: Gather standardized feedback on training materials and make necessary revisions to enhance learner experience and outcomes.

Here's what to expect:
During the Spring semester, you can work up to 25 hours a week. We'll work around your school schedule.Training and mentoring will be provided and you'll receive feedback on your performance regularly. You'll have numerous opportunities to continuously grow your knowledge base.
