Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will empower our sales team with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to succeed. You will be responsible for designing and implementing training strategies that enhance sales productivity, optimize onboarding processes, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a strong understanding of sales processes, a knack for creating impactful training materials, and the ability to collaborate across departments. You are passionate about enabling teams to perform at their best and delivering measurable results
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs to enhance sales performance
- Develop and manage sales content, playbooks, and collateral
- Optimize CRM tools and sales technologies for efficiency and effectiveness
- Refine sales processes to improve conversion rates and reduce friction
- Analyze performance data to identify strengths and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and strategy
- Oversee recruitment efforts by placing job ads, reviewing applicants, and coordinating interviews
- Conduct a structured two-week training program for all new sales representatives to ensure a strong foundation in sales processes, product knowledge, and CRM tools.
- Support the Sales Management team in goal setting and performance measurement
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Experience in sales training, process optimization, and enablement strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally; strong English proficiency is required, as you will be training U.S.-based sales representatives.
