The Sales Enablement team is dedicated to improving sales productivity and effectiveness. We work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our sales professionals have the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed. Our mission is to empower the sales team to win more deals and drive revenue growth for the company.
Job Description

This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the US.

Overview:

The Sales Enablement Product Data Hub Lead will be a strategic driver of business transformation within our sales organization. This experienced individual will lead the change management strategy for key projects, specifically change management for the Product Data Hub (PDH), while simultaneously helping to drive AI Sales Enablement initiatives and other Sales Enablement programs. This position offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to bridge the gap between technical implementation and business adoption, ensuring our teams leverage modern tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management & Project Leadership (Product Data Hub)

  • Manage the Product Data Hub (PDH) project: Lead the end-to-end execution of this primary cross-functional initiative with defined timelines, deliverables, and diverse stakeholders to ensure successful rollout.

  • Translate technical concepts: Serve as a bridge between IT and Business by translating complex technical requirements into a clear and actionable adoption plan for new users.

  • Plan execution: Create and implement the comprehensive change management plan for the PDH rollout, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to a centralized data system.

  • Stakeholder alignment: Identify and coordinate with key stakeholders to define responsibilities and business processes to effectively execute the change management plan.

Communication & Presentation

  • Executive communication: Lead critical awareness conversations and present status updates to senior leadership with confidence and clarity.

  • Training coordination: Coordinate training sessions and materials by partnering with IT and subject matter experts to ensure users are prepared for new tools and strategies.

AI Enablement & Innovation

  • Strategy execution: Assist in developing and executing the strategy for AI adoption across the sales organization, focusing on tools like Gemini to enhance productivity.

  • Tech evaluation: Evaluate emerging sales technologies and pilot new AI workflows to ensure the organization remains at the cutting edge of efficiency.

Sales Enablement Content & Programs

  • Content creation: Support the Sales Enablement team by creating engaging training materials, one-pagers, playbooks, and presentation decks.

  • Program development: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic sales enablement programs and initiatives

  • Process improvement: Participate in cross-functional projects focused on sales enablement and process improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in an operational-focused role such as Sales/Business Operations, Sales Enablement, Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related strategic team.

  • Soft skills: Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

Target Base Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. 


Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a similar business field.

  • 3+ years of experience in an operational-focused role such as Sales/Business Operations, Sales Enablement, Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or similar business experience.

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
