Lead Product & GTM Enablement Programs
  • Lead enablement programs for new products, enhancements, and strategic GTM initiatives from planning through execution, managing multiple concurrent releases, stakeholders, and priorities.
  • Monitor product roadmaps and agile release plans to anticipate enablement needs and ensure customer-facing teams are prepared for upcoming launches.
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and GTM leaders to understand launch strategy, customer value, target audiences, timing, and desired outcomes, translating those priorities into actionable enablement plans.
  • Provide structure and visibility across initiatives by managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness while adapting to rapidly evolving product and business priorities.
Collaborate With Leaders Across the Business
  • Build trusted relationships with Product, Product Marketing, GTM leaders, Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and other key stakeholders.
  • Partner with leaders to determine the right enablement strategy and level of support based on the launch, audience, customer impact, and business priorities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions that drive alignment on readiness needs, responsibilities, timing, and execution.
  • Bring the customer-facing perspective into launch planning while synthesizing complex information and clearly communicating recommendations, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders.
Design & Deliver Engaging Learning
  • Design and facilitate live, virtual, and self-directed learning experiences that build product knowledge, customer understanding, and confidence.
  • Translate complex legal and technical concepts into practical learning that helps teams understand what a capability does, why it matters, who it matters to, and how to communicate its value.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging learning and supporting resources, including playbooks, launch guides, demo guidance, talk tracks, battlecards, and FAQs.
  • Maintain and continuously improve onboarding and ongoing learning based on evolving products, GTM strategies, learner feedback, and engagement insights.
Translate Innovation Across Legal Markets
  • Apply legal expertise and an understanding of legal workflows to connect new products and capabilities to real-world customer needs.
  • Tailor enablement to the workflows, challenges, and priorities of the distinct legal markets we serve.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and GTM stakeholders to identify relevant customer scenarios, use cases, value propositions, and opportunities.
  • Help customer-facing teams move beyond features and functionality to confidently communicate meaningful customer outcomes.
Continuously Improve Enablement
  • Improve the platforms, processes, and communication channels used to deliver product and GTM information to customer-facing teams.
  • Use engagement data, stakeholder feedback, and resource utilization to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure enablement resources remain current, accessible, relevant, and easy for customer-facing teams to find and use.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and apply new technologies and AI-enabled approaches to improve how enablement is created, delivered, and consumed.

Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) required, with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in legal practice, legal technology, sales enablement, learning and development, program management, sales, customer success, solutions consulting, product enablement, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of legal professionals and workflows, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate complex capabilities into relevant use cases and customer value across different legal markets.
  • Demonstrated strength in program management, training and facilitation, and executive communication, with the ability to manage competing priorities while making complex information clear, engaging, and actionable.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and collaborate across Product, Product Marketing, GTM leadership, and customer-facing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities and timelines evolve quickly.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $90,500 - $150,900. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
