What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 4M+ endpoints and 7M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a Sales Acceleration Manager, EMEA to join our global Sales Acceleration team. This role is dedicated to supporting our growing EMEA sales organization — including SDRs, AEs, CAMs, and PSMs — by driving continuous enablement across sales processes, tools, systems, and sales strategy.

You will partner closely with EMEA sales leadership to align enablement outcomes to regional goals and initiatives, ensuring sellers are equipped to execute effectively, adopt core methodologies, and accelerate pipeline generation and revenue performance.

You will also manage and contribute to a variety of Sales Acceleration programs that support company-wide growth objectives and our Annual Operating Plan (AOP). This includes collaborating across Product Marketing, Strategic Enablement, and Channel Enablement to ensure all programs are consistent, scalable, and aligned to global and regional priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary enablement lead for all EMEA sales roles (SDR, AE, CAM, PSM), ensuring alignment between global programs and regional execution.
  • Design and deliver continuous enablement programs focused on sales process, tools, systems, and methodology adoption across EMEA.
  • Partner with EMEA sales leadership to identify skill, process, and tool gaps, translating business needs into actionable enablement plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (PMM, Strategic Enablement, Channel Enablement) to localize global programs for the EMEA market and ensure consistency across segments.
  • Manage EMEA enablement priorities for the sales tool platforms (Salesforce, MindTickle, Gong, Outreach, etc.) to drive adoption, utilization, and performance improvements.
  • Participate in sales offsites and collaborate with the greater Sales Acceleration team to deliver enablement experiences and takeaways.
  • Contribute to global Sales Acceleration initiatives (e.g., New Hire Onboarding, Combat Ready, sustainment programs) with regional customization and delivery.
  • Track and analyze enablement program adoption and performance metrics to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to EMEA sales leadership, supporting regional revenue growth, operational efficiency, and seller readiness initiatives.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales leadership, ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.
  • Experience designing and delivering enablement programs for multiple sales roles (SDR, AE, CAM, PSM) across regions.
  • Proven success partnering with regional sales leadership to align enablement to GTM strategy and performance goals.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC), sales application tools, AI enhancements in sales tools and systems used in modern selling environments.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and project management skills with the ability to deliver engaging, impactful training sessions.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze adoption, performance, and ROI of enablement programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple programs across time zones.

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • New starter home office set up reimbursement (£398)
  • Generous personal leave entitlements
  • Digital monthly reimbursement (£92)
  • Travel to the US 1-2 times/year for various company events
  • Pension
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
