Sales Enablement Specialist

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, your role encompasses collaborating with sales enablement to craft, facilitate, execute, optimize, assess, and measure enablement initiatives tailored for the entire GTM organization.
How you'll add value:
- Spearhead the meticulous coordination, development, and maintenance of new hire onboarding, utilizing structured project planning and securing stakeholder signoff to ensure efficiency.
- Drive the creation and ongoing management of new hire communications with precision, crafting detailed welcome emails, feedback correspondence, and monthly recaps.
- Engage in collaboration across departments to create and maintain detailed eLearning content tailored for new hires.
- Cultivate cross-team collaboration to continuously reinforce sales methodology and process training, ensuring a structured approach.
- Play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive onboarding, everboarding, and training programs for the go-to-market audience, adept at tailoring messaging for diverse groups.
- Contribute to the management and evaluation of sales team technologies, focusing on factual analysis of their effectiveness.
- Actively contribute to boosting sales productivity by streamlining and implementing new processes with a direct, orderly approach.
- Function as a strategic partner for cross-functional teams, including product marketing, deal desk, sales, SDRs, customer success, and solution engineering.
- Assume oversight of sales documentation, policies, and training materials, identifying opportunities for enhancing industry/product knowledge training.
- Display adaptability, quick learning abilities, and self-starting initiative, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced work environments with multiple deadlines.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned, embodying the traits of a quick, factual, structured, subject matter expert.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Experience building out and writing virtual onboarding programs using adult learning theories.
- Experience with onboarding facilitation.
- Experience writing and building detailed eLearnings.
- Experience working and delivering training sessions around value-based methodologies like Challenger, Command of the Message, and ValueSelling Framework.
- Experience with MEDDPICC.
- Experience measuring enablement success metrics.
- Experience with specific tools in our tech stack: Lessonly, SharePoint, Salesloft, Salesforce.com, CPQ, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and other Microsoft Suite products.
- A strong understanding of project management and a passion for details and quick turnaround projects.
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training that includes full-cycle sales and prospecting skills.
- Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills – this role will develop and manage multiple, simultaneous projects (both long-term and short-term priorities).
- Enthusiasm and passion!
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience – SaaS experience preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of enablement experience – SaaS experience preferred.
- Restaurant industry experience a plus!

- This position has a salary range of $88K-$105K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
