If you are quite technical and at the same time enjoy working with people and helping them solve problems - this job is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Directly participate in the sales process from its very start and be responsible for the technical side of it.

  • Give personalized product demos.

  • Answer technical questions.

  • Build relationships with the technical side of the customer's team (product managers, engineers).

  • Manage the PoC process.

  • (Optional) Improve product documentation and other customer-facing artifacts.

  • (Optional) Build prototypes and re-usable examples of integration functionality.

Requirements

  • Experience working with SaaS APIs and building integrations, with or without using tools.

  • Understanding of business SaaS space (CRMs, task management, accounting, HR tools).

  • Great verbal English

  • Ability and desire to work autonomously - there will be no manager to tell you what to do every day.

Great to have

  • Working knowledge of front-end (react) and backend (node.js) programming.

At Membrane we value autonomy, proactive alignment, and the drive to get things done every single day. We believe in giving our team the freedom and tools they need to succeed. As a fully remote company, we invest in building personal relationships to enable high-velocity teamwork. This is a unique opportunity to grow with us and shape the future of our company.
