We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at Worth AI. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our AI-powered decision-making solutions by effectively demonstrating their value to potential customers. You will be responsible for understanding the unique needs and challenges of each client and aligning our solutions to address those needs. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements and challenges.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our AI-powered decision-making solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to potential customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Create and deliver customized product demonstrations tailored to address specific customer needs and use cases.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to further enhance our solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI technology to effectively position our solutions in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Consult with current and future customers about use cases and technical solutions
  • Assists with research and development of new products.
  • Prepares product orders and schedules deliveries.
  • Provides support to customers and resolves problems with installed equipment.
  • Proposes improved materials or products to customers and explains benefits of changes.
  • Ensures that customer needs are met, which may include product modifications.
  • Provides expertise and support to sales teams to communicate products, services, and client needs.
  • Drafts or assists with the drafting of presentations and other documentation and materials that explain products and services to customers.
  • Own and advance product roadmap for focus region
  • Advance customers through buying cycle to facilitate quicker opportunity closure

Requirements
  • Experience as a former Jr Software Engineer who converted to technical sales
  • Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role within the computer software industry.
  • Prior experience in FinTech, Risk, Underwriting and/or Payments Industry
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to Travel two 2 company offsite events a year and travel to clients as needed
