Position Overview:

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by providing technical expertise and support to our sales team and clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing tailored solutions, and demonstrating the value of our products and services. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and challenges.
  • Develop and present customized product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including proposal development and contract negotiations.
  • Work closely with the product development and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and expectations.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for technical inquiries.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our solutions and expand our network.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in [specific industry or technology relevant to your company] is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
