Who We Are

Yuno is the AI-native operating system of global commerce, powering the financial infrastructure of enterprise merchants, banks, and wallets. With a single API, Yuno connects them to pay-ins, payouts, fraud prevention, KYC/KYB, and stablecoins globally, so they can operate everywhere with a single integration.

Agnostic by design, Yuno offers connectivity to 1,000+ payment methods and 460+ integrations in 190+ countries, optimizing acceptance rates, reducing costs, and strengthening security through specialized AI agents that learn from every transaction on the network. Global brands run their payments on Yuno, including Arcos Dorados (McDonald's), NetEase Games, GoFundMe, inDrive, and Rappi. Banks, acquirers, PSPs, and wallets use Yuno to modernize their infrastructure without replacing core systems and to prepare for the next generation of commerce, including agentic payments.

About The Role

We are orchestrating the best high-performing team!

We're looking for a deeply technical & commercial Forward Deploy Engineer who is as comfortable reading API documentation and debugging a webhook payload as they are closing a room full of skeptical stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of technical architecture and commerce — and that's exactly what makes it interesting. You will be a critical part of our Commercial team , digging into REST APIs, SDKs, and payment orchestration logic to help prospects understand not just what Yuno does, but why our technical stack is the right infrastructure for their business.

In payments, trust is built on precision. Every demo you run, every technical question you answer during a sales cycle, every RFP response you craft, every line of sample code you write, — these are moments where excellence matters. Clients are evaluating not just the product, but the technical rigor of the team behind it. You represent both. We expect you to go deep on the technical side — API architecture, authentication flows, tokenization, and webhook error handling — without losing sight of the commercial outcome, and to always connect complexity back to what the customer's engineering team actually needs.

This role also puts you at the center of a technical feedback loop that directly shapes the product. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to relay what you're hearing in the field — from API design friction to missing SDK features — which means your insights won't just inform deals — they'll influence the roadmap and the developer experience. At Yuno, collaboration across technical and commercial teams isn't a nice-to-have. It's how we move fast and stay ahead.

If you get excited about digging into API specs, building custom integration demos, and turning complex technical architecture into a compelling story, and you want to do that at a company that's redefining payment infrastructure across Namer— this role is for you.

Your contribution will be
  • Partner with the sales team to understand customer's technical requirements and deliver tailored, code-level product demonstrations

  • Design and execute custom API integrations and proof-of-concept environments based on each client's specific tech stack and use cases

  • Respond to technical queries throughout the sales process — covering API architecture, authentication, webhooks, and data flows — acting as the bridge between customers, sales, and engineering

  • Build and maintain sandbox environments, sample code, and Postman collections to accelerate prospect technical evaluation

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay field feedback on API design and developer experience and influence product roadmap decisions

  • Lead and contribute to RFP/RFI responses and all technical documentation — architecture diagrams, integration guides, and security questionnaires — required during the sales cycle

  • Troubleshoot integration issues in real time during technical evaluations, diagnosing errors across API calls, webhooks, and payment flows

  • Build credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike by communicating complex payment orchestration concepts with clarity

  • Identify patterns across prospects' technical objections to surface insights that improve how we sell and how we build.

Skills You Need

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical role within payments or fintech

  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and API testing tools (Postman, cURL)

  • Working knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to build sample integrations and debug code

  • Understanding of payment industry protocols and security standards (PCI DSS, tokenization, 3DS, encryption)

  • Familiarity with SQL and reading logs/traces to troubleshoot integration issues

  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences

  • Track record of delivering successful technical product demonstrations and presentations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you know how to read a room
