About the role

Viamedia.ai is seeking a Sales Executive, Business Development to support the growth of new exclusive supply and monetization partnerships across the premium TV and streaming ecosystem.


This role will contribute to identifying, developing, and advancing new partner opportunities across MVPD, broadcast, and managed services channels. The Sales Executive will play an important role in building pipeline, supporting partnership development, and helping bring new monetization partnerships to market.


Working closely with the VP, Business Development and cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, and Ad Operations, this role provides an opportunity to develop deep commercial expertise in the evolving TV and streaming monetization ecosystem while progressively taking ownership of partnership opportunities over time.


What You’ll Help Sell & Build

You will help grow Viamedia.ai’s Exclusive Supply & Monetization Partnerships, including:

  • MVPD turnkey partnerships
  • MVPD managed services (digital + linear)
  • PARROT (Viamedia’s proprietary programmatic enablement platform)
  • Broadcast, MVPD, and channel managed service relationships

 Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Development & Strategic Prospecting

  • Identify and research prospective MVPD, broadcast, and digital media partners aligned with Viamedia.ai’s supply strategy.
  • Conduct outbound outreach and early discovery conversations with potential partners.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of partnership opportunities in collaboration with Business Development leadership.
  • Develop targeted account plans and ecosystem mapping to identify high-potential partners.

 Partnership Development & Deal Advancement

  • Support the development of partnership proposals and commercial structures in collaboration with senior Business Development leadership.
  • Participate in discovery conversations with prospective partners to understand monetization needs, inventory structures, and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to solution positioning across Viamedia.ai’s platform and managed service offerings.
  • Assist in advancing deal cycles from early discovery through proposal development and internal alignment.

 Cross-Functional Deal Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Ad Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure partnership opportunities are technically and operationally viable.
  • Support internal coordination during deal development to ensure alignment across commercial, technical, and operational stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation, pipeline tracking, and communication regarding opportunity status and next steps.

 Partnership Launch & Growth Support

  • Support onboarding and early ramp of newly launched partnerships in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Monitor early partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth or expansion.
  • Help strengthen partner relationships through consistent communication and collaboration.

  • Becoming a trusted internal collaborator across Business Development, Product, Ad Operations, and Marketing teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working within the TV, streaming/CTV, digital media, or advertising ecosystem.
  • Exposure to partnership development, monetization strategies, or partner onboarding within media or advertising environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain organized pipeline tracking.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally across commercial, product, and operational teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with FAST and MVPD ecosystems and the evolving TV monetization landscape.
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising concepts such as SSPs, DSPs, and inventory monetization strategies.
  • Experience supporting partnership development, account growth, or commercial initiatives within media or advertising technology environments.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.

Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary and variable incentive tied to partnership development and revenue outcomes.

Location & Travel

Nationwide Remote

Travel may be required periodically for partner meetings, industry events, and partnership onboarding.
