Job Description

Sales Executive, Cardiopulmonary

This role leads the strategic and tactical sales execution for Philips’ 4DMedical cardiopulmonary imaging portfolio, combining deep clinical and technical expertise to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and deliver advanced AI-powered imaging solutions to healthcare customers.

Your role:

  • Own and grow the 4DMedical Pulmonary and Cardiothoracic Imaging portfolio, serving as the subject-matter expert and articulating the clinical and economic value of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning imaging solutions across Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics and imaging modalities.

  • Lead strategic and tactical sales plans for assigned product modalities, collaborating closely with account teams to align with service sales quotas, balanced selling objectives, and annual operating plan targets.

  • Identify, develop, and capitalize on new business opportunities while managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with limited supervision.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to influence pricing strategies, sales tools, competitive positioning, and product strategy, while monitoring industry and competitor trends.

  • Deliver accurate business forecasting and opportunity management through consistent customer relationship management (CRM) discipline, data analysis, and continuous improvement using Lean methodologies, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Philips policies.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in medical device, healthcare informatics, or clinical software sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth; this is a senior individual contributor role with matrix leadership and stakeholder influence.

  • Your skills include consultative and strategic selling, leading complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers, sales forecasting, data analysis, competitive analysis, and strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities; experience with software or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) is a bonus.

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • You’re a strategic, customer-focused collaborator who can translate clinical insights into commercial value, thrive in a fast-paced environment, travel as needed, and consistently operate with high standards of quality, ethics, and customer care.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field role.
