SASMAR is on the lookout for enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Executives for North America to drive our sales efforts in this key market.

As an international pharmaceutical company known for our innovative personal care and fertility products, including the well-received Conceive Plus brand, we are committed to helping individuals improve their health and wellness. Our products are distributed across over 70 countries through a variety of channels.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing and enhancing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing sales across North America. Join the SASMAR team and play a significant role in advancing our mission.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand SASMAR’s presence in North America.
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers and partners.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales and promotional activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track progress and project future sales.
  • Represent SASMAR at industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, health, or consumer goods industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
  • Fluency in English; bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Authorization to work in North America is mandatory.
