POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Executive, OEM will focus on building strategic relationships with leading GPU, HPC and server hardware OEMs such as NVIDIA, Dell, Supermicro, and HP as well CDU, PDU and other adjacent OEM providers to HPC. This role is responsible for developing business opportunities in collaboration with their sales forces, identifying projects, and integrating DDC Solutions’ products into standard OEM designs and approved vendor lists. The Sales Executive will also provide training for OEM sales engineers, ensuring they understand DDC’s cooling and infrastructure solutions and can effectively represent them in customer engagements. This is a quota-carrying role requiring deep industry knowledge, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to succeed in a rapidly evolving, technically complex environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute strategies to build strong partnerships with OEMs such as NVIDIA, Dell, Supermicro, and HP as well CDU, PDU and other adjacent OEM providers to HPC.

• Identify and qualify projects through collaboration with OEM salesforces and account teams.

• Drive inclusion of DDC Solutions’ products into OEM standard designs, reference architectures, and approved vendor lists.

• Provide product and solution training to OEM sales engineers and partner teams.

• Work closely with OEM partners to influence design wins and secure long-term adoption of DDC’s solutions.

• Manage complex sales cycles in coordination with OEM deal teams and end-users.

• Act as the primary relationship manager for strategic OEM accounts, ensuring alignment and mutual business growth.

• Collaborate with DDC’s product and engineering teams to tailor solutions to OEM requirements.

• Maintain expert-level knowledge of DDC’s product portfolio and whitespace infrastructure market trends.

• Represent DDC Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and OEM partner forums.

• Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting specifically to OEM partnership-driven revenue.

• Maintain strong presence with OEM partners through regular travel and in-person engagement.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no initial supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.

• 7–12 years of enterprise sales experience meeting and exceeding quota in the data center, IT infrastructure, or OEM hardware industry.

• Proven track record of building and growing strategic partnerships with top-tier OEMs.

• Must have existing relationships with one of these: NVIDIA, Dell, SMC, HPE or Lenovo.

• Demonstrated success in strategic, solution-based selling of complex hardware and software solutions.

• Experience driving inclusion into OEM vendor lists, standard designs, or reference architectures.

• Strong presentation and training skills with the ability to enable partner sales engineers and architects.

• Deep understanding of GPU, server, and whitespace infrastructure technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.

• Self-starter with outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.

• Ability to lead complex sales cycles alongside OEM and partner deal teams.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a remote role located in the United States with easy access to travel. Travel up to 50% domestically is expected. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams at DDC Solutions as well as partner OEM sales, product, and engineering teams.

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $150,000-$220,000. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
