Field-based sales role responsible for expanding SOPHiA GENETICS’ genomic solutions across Washington, Oregon, and Northern California. Develop new business, build relationships with oncologists, pathology teams, laboratories, and senior decision-makers, explain genomic testing value, address clinical and technical questions with subject-matter experts, and convert opportunities into bookings. Candidates need oncology or molecular diagnostics sales experience and knowledge of genomic biomarkers and treatment decision-making.
Do you bring a background in oncology or molecular diagnostics sales and a strong understanding of why oncologists use genomic testing? Are you inspired by cutting-edge and innovative solutions?
If this sounds like you and you are driven by purpose, join SOPHiA GENETICS as a Sales Executive, Pacific Northwest and enable us to make a positive impact on the outcomes for cancer and rare disease patients worldwide.
This is a field based role, working within the roles territory. You will spend you time working from home-office, or travelling across your territory for customer meeting, conferences and events.
In most instances, we look for individuals already living in-territory, but welcome those actively relocating to the area.

You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.
Your Mission
Build SOPHiA GENETICS' commercial presence across the Pacific Northwest, covering Washington, Oregon and Northern California. This Sales Executive role focuses on a largely undeveloped territory, with existing opportunities in Northern California to build on. You'll bring oncology knowledge and a track record in sales to conversations with oncologists, pathology teams and senior decision-makers, helping institutions understand how SOPHiA's genomic solutions fit their testing needs and support treatment decisions.
The value you add
Requirements
We know that every background is different, but to be best set for success we see you bringing:

You can build your knowledge of laboratory workflows and bioinformatics with support from our subject-matter experts. General equipment, consumables or software sales experience alone isn't sufficient for this role.
Benefits
You will be joining an organization with the patient at the heart of every decision and action, driven by purpose as we pursue exponential growth.
