Remote sales role responsible for identifying prospects, developing quarterly sales plans, managing CRM records, delivering consultative AV/IT sales, preparing quotes and contracts, coordinating with installation and billing teams, and meeting NPS and gross profit targets. Requires participation in training, occasional on-site meetings, trade shows, and weekly office sales meetings.
This is a remote position.
Our Experience Consultants are responsible for achieving account development and revenue targets for recurring revenue products as well as equipment only or guided installation sales.
Job Location – Remote position with occasional in-person meetings at HQ after initial 2-week training period at our HQ in Fayetteville, GA.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify sales prospects
- Develop and execute quarterly sales plans to expand the existing client base and generate new business
- to meet established quotas
- Create and maintain accurate records in our CRM tool including notes, emails, and pending activities
- Consistently provide the best possible client experience
- Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine a customer’s needs
- Develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable
- Prepare contracts and pricing strategies for target accounts and submit all required documentation
- Work collaboratively with the ASW team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation to final billing
- Properly prepare for and participate in weekly sales meetings at the office.
- Establish professional relationships with manufacturers’ sales and engineering personnel
- Follow up on leads within 24 hours of client inquiry
- Represent company at technology sessions and trade shows, as recommended
- Participate in training and professional development activities
Metrics:
- Maintain an NPS score of 85 or better.
- Meet or exceed gross profit targets
Requirements
Education/Certifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree or some college preferred
Required/Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- AV or IT systems knowledge
- Professional writing and communication skills
- Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills
