What you’ll do

Sales Execution and Territory Management

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle for Enterprise accounts in Canada, from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
  • Build, maintain, and execute a robust pipeline, ensuring consistent progress against quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring visibility and data integrity.
  • Adhere to established sales processes, pricing guidelines, and contract standards while driving deals to close.
     

Business Development and Account Strategy

  • Identify and pursue new Enterprise business opportunities, positioning Kyriba as a strategic partner for treasury and financial transformation.
  • Develop and execute account and territory plans to maximize revenue potential and expand market penetration.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Partners to generate demand and accelerate pipeline creation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within prospective and existing clients.
     

Partnership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with regional and global consulting partners, system integrators, and channel partners to support co-selling opportunities and solution delivery.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Professional Services, Finance, Legal, and Client Support to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through implementation.
     

Market Expertise and Customer Insight

  • Maintain a strong understanding of treasury, payments, liquidity, and financial risk management, along with relevant industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Effectively articulate Kyriba’s value proposition and differentiate its solutions in complex Enterprise sales cycles.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams on customer needs, competitive insights, and market reactions to Kyriba’s solutions.
  • Represent Kyriba at regional industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a trusted subject-matter expert.
     

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of successful Enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong experience selling to the CFO and Treasury buying center; treasury domain knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Ability to understand complex financial data relationships and position solutions that solve business challenges.
  • Strong strategic, consultative, and value-based selling skills within large, complex organizations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including experience responding to RFPs and presenting to executive audiences.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.com for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong negotiation, deal-structuring, and professional networking skills.
  • Comfortable operating independently while collaborating across global, matrixed organizations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% based on territory needs.
  • Fluency in French, highly preferred.
