The Sales Executive will drive new business in logistics by managing the sales cycle, building client relationships, and generating revenue through heavy hauling and refrigerated services.

Sales Executive – Heavy Equipment, Refrigerated & Dry Van Logistics
We are seeking driven and results-oriented Sales Executives to develop new business and grow existing accounts across heavy hauling, refrigerated (reefer), dry van, and specialized logistics services. This is a hunter-focused role responsible for generating revenue through new client acquisition, relationship building, and solution-based selling. The ideal candidate is confident managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing high-value transportation and logistics deals.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across heavy hauling, reefer, and dry van freight
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
- Sell a full suite of logistics services including heavy hauling, equipment dismantling, crane transportation, international logistics, refrigerated freight, and dry van transportation
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand shipping and transportation needs
- Develop customized logistics solutions and pricing strategies based on client requirements
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and service agreements
- Negotiate contracts and close new business
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Track all sales activity, pipeline updates, and forecasts in CRM
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure successful execution of services

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation sales
- Proven track record of generating new business and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong hunter mentality with excellent prospecting and cold outreach skills
- Experience selling heavy haul, refrigerated (reefer), dry van, or mixed-mode logistics solutions
- Ability to manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing a structured sales pipeline
- Experience using CRM systems for tracking activity, pipeline, and forecasting
- Existing book of business or industry relationships is a strong advantage
- Must be based in the U.S. and open to travel as needed
