About the Role

We're hiring a Sales Growth Partner to help drive the next phase of Carebility’s growth. This is a front-line sales role for someone with insane energy, contagious positivity, and the grit to break down doors. You’ll be prospecting leads, booking meetings, experimenting with AI-powered outreach, and building relationships with key players in healthcare.

You'll work directly with our Director of Sales and have direct access to our founding team — CEO, CTO, CPO, and CDO — who all roll up their sleeves and deeply support go-to-market growth. This is a rare opportunity to build your career at the ground floor of a rocket ship, with mentorship, upside, and real impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Own outbound prospecting — cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn messages, voice notes, video outreach — whatever works

  • Qualify inbound leads and route the right ones to sales

  • Book and schedule meetings for the Director of Sales and founders

  • Research and personalize outreach to decision-makers in healthcare

  • Use tools like Intercom, ChatGPT, and Close to stand out

  • Collaborate on outreach copy, cadences, and growth experiments

  • Learn every day and adapt — because what worked last week might not work tomorrow

  • Track everything in CRM, hit your numbers, and never make excuses
