What You Will Do

  • Own and exceed annual sales targets within your assigned territory
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive MES adoption and expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with technical, operational, and C-level stakeholders
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with Presales, Business Development, Marketing, and Delivery teams
  • Stay current on industry-specific trends, challenges, and opportunities, particularly in high-tech and regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., semiconductor, electronics, life sciences, industrial equipment)
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting, recommending corrective actions when needed
  • Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows
  • Operate autonomously while remaining fully aligned with the global sales strategy

  • Built a strong pipeline across the target vertical
  • Closed new enterprise accounts and expanded revenue within existing strategic customers
  • Established trusted C-level relationships in assigned territories

  • Partnered cross-functionally with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Product to influence strategy and win deals
  • Delivered accurate forecasts and maintained healthy pipeline coverage

Requirements

What You Will Bring

  • Proven success in sales leadership roles within complex B2B environments
  • A growth-driven, data-oriented mindset with strong strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trusted relationships
  • Comfort working in dynamic, fast-evolving market environments
  • Experience selling Perpetual or SaaS Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Manufacturing Data Platform solutions
  • Strong ability to articulate competitive advantages, value propositions, and solution differentiation
  • Experience partnering with sales teams and prospective customers to understand business objectives and define value-driven solutions
  • Demonstrated experience developing ROI-based value propositions and cost/benefit analyses
  • Expertise in account strategy development and tactical penetration planning, with disciplined follow-up and communication practices
  • Proven negotiation experience, including pricing and contractual agreements, to successfully close deals
  • Background in manufacturing environments for complex industries such as semiconductor, electronics, life sciences, or industrial equipment
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

What we consider a plus (not mandatory)

  • Knowledge of semiconductor, electronics, medical devices, or industrial equipment manufacturing processes and environments
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 / Smart Factory initiatives
  • Existing network within target manufacturing industries
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Background working with system integrators or technology partners
  • Fluency in additional languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, or Mandarin)
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Dynamics or Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Technical background or ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Experience working in global or matrixed organizations
