About this Position

Net at Work is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager – IT to lead and develop our Managed IT Services sales organization. This leader will drive new business growth, increase Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), coach and mentor a team of sales professionals, own the sales forecast, and partner with executive leadership to achieve growth objectives while fostering a high-performance sales culture.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT sales team.
  • Own the Managed IT Services sales forecast and provide accurate pipeline and revenue projections.
  • Drive new client acquisition and recurring revenue growth through Managed IT Services solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Lead weekly pipeline, forecast, and deal strategy meetings.
  • Coach Account Executives through all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Establish performance expectations and monitor KPIs.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to develop customer-focused technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Professional Services, Delivery, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
  • Monitor sales metrics, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and sales process adherence.
  • Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain top-performing sales talent.
  • Provide regular business updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.


Job Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of technology sales leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated Managed IT Services (MSP) sales experience.
  • Experience leading and developing Account Executives.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning.
  • Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales performance.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Preferred

  • Experience selling cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or recurring technology solutions.
  • Experience leading SMB-focused technology sales organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $120,000 to $130,000.

This position is also eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
