What does a Sales Manager at CoderPad do?
We are looking for a Sales Manager NA, Net New to join our sales team in North America.
Sales Manager at CoderPad will provide leadership and strategy to a team of Account Executives responsible for net new sales. In this role, you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and managing a team of account executives, driving the team to meet and exceed booking targets.
As the global leader in the technical interview space (4,000+ customers in 165+ countries) it is our goal as a GTM team to identify technical hiring challenges and drive the CoderPad value proposition for a book of target accounts.
What you'll be doing:
- Grow, develop, and manage the team of net new account executives who are focused on net new enterprise logo acquisition within North America.
- Partner closely with the VP of Sales & VP of Marketing to understand what works and operationalize an ABM motion the NA markets.
- Help define and identify target accounts in our NA market and create and test region specific outreach strategies with the use of Salesforce CRM, Apollo, SignalHire and HubSpot.
- Drive efficiency in Sales outreach and targeting. Lead with curiosity and ownership to understand the sales motions and tactics that are effective at bringing in new business and work closely with reps to implement throughout the team.
- Coach your team to understand a prospect’s business, identify and document their personal and business drivers, and build compelling business cases
- Drive CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting of net new bookings to CoderPad leadership.
- Create and test playbooks for net new sale strategies, implementing learnings and continuing to evolve motions to drive expansions and cross-sales
- Drive improvements in process, discovery and adoption of MEDDPICC sales strategy
What you should bring:
- 5+ years of experience focused on net new sales that include a complex sales process focused on enterprise.
- 1-2 years of sales leadership experience, managing a team of new business account executives.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue, quota, opportunity and activity targets as a net new individual contributor and sales leader.
- Experience driving sales strategies across both North America.
- Leadership qualities that include proactive problem solving, effective written and verbal communication, and a team player mentality.
- Demonstrated ownership and willingness to go the extra mile to get something accomplished and support initiatives
- Proven track record of partnering successfully with cross-functional, global teams.
