About us

Sanctuary is building a wellness-centered residential community in the Texas Hill Country focused on healthy homes, regenerative land planning, nature, and intentional living.

Across 135 acres, we’re developing a modern village designed around clean air, clean water, thoughtful architecture, and meaningful human connection.

We’re not building traditional suburban housing. We’re creating a new way of living.

About the role

This role is all about execution.

We already have strong buyer interest. What we need is someone highly organized, commercially sharp, and relentless about follow-through.

Your primary responsibility is moving buyers from inquiry → discovery tour → active engagement with the sales team.

You’ll be the first real human connection many buyers have with Sanctuary. The way you communicate, follow up, and guide people through the process directly impacts whether they move forward or disappear.

This is not a passive “show homes on weekends” type of sales role.

We’re looking for someone who naturally thinks in:

  • follow-ups,

  • reminders,

  • pipeline management,

  • buyer psychology,

  • and consistent communication.

No lead left behind.

What you’ll own:

  • Buyer communication & follow-up: Manage inbound buyer interest across calls, texts, email, DMs, and Zoom. Maintain consistent communication and move conversations forward proactively.

  • Discovery tours & site visits: Coordinate and schedule tours, showings, and founder-led visits. Occasionally conduct on-site tours yourself when needed.

  • CRM & pipeline management: Keep HubSpot organized, updated, and actionable. Track every conversation, next step, and buyer interaction with strong attention to detail.

  • Buyer qualification & guidance: Confidently answer questions about the community, homes, process, timelines, and next steps while building trust with prospective buyers.

  • Sales process support: Support the CEO and sales team in converting a 700+ person interest list into serious buyers and signed contracts.

  • Buyer feedback & market insights: Identify recurring buyer questions, objections, and hesitations, and share insights with leadership to improve messaging and sales flow.

Who you are:

  • You have experience in high-touch sales, hospitality, luxury services, community sales, or another relationship-driven environment

  • You build trust quickly and communicate with confidence

  • You are extremely organized and naturally proactive

  • You follow up without needing reminders

  • You are commercially sharp and comfortable managing many ongoing conversations simultaneously

  • You thrive in fast-moving environments with high ownership

  • You genuinely care about wellness, design, sustainability, architecture, or intentional living

  • You have experience hosting tours or events

  • Strong understanding of high-net-worth buyers

Why you’ll love this role

  • You’ll get in early on something big - and see your impact daily

  • You’ll work alongside a small, driven team building something that doesn’t exist yet

  • You’ll learn fast, grow fast, and have a path toward leadership or specialization

  • You’ll help families make life-changing decisions - and feel good about what you’re selling

If you’re highly organized, great with people, and energized by turning interest into action - we’d love to hear from you.
