We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, manage and develop the sales team, and expand our global customer base. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on sales leadership in a fast-growing tech environment.

Key Responsibilities- Outbound B2B Sales – Prospect and close high-ticket ($5-100k) deals in web scraping, custom data extraction, and proxy solutions.
- Lead Generation – Actively hunt leads (CTOs, Product Managers, Data Engineers) via cold outreach (email/LinkedIn) and conferences.
- Full-Cycle Sales – Manage pipeline (CRM), conduct demos, negotiate, and close deals.
- Market Expertise – Deep understanding of the US data/proxy/scraping market.
Requirements
- Strictly from our niche - Proxy/Scraping tech only.
- Strong expertise and track record in outbound B2B tech/SaaS sales (high-ticket deals).
- Worked with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
- Cold outreach mastery (LinkedIn Sales Nav, Apollo, Hunter.io).
- Tech-savvy sales – ability to explain proxies/APIs/data extraction value.
- Pipeline management – prioritization, follow-ups, closing.
- Empathy + grit – listen, adapt, persist without being pushy.
- Native English.
