The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Manager to lead our high-performing Strategic Sales team. In this role  you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales talent, and executing strategic sales initiatives. This position requires a leader who is passionate about coaching, data-driven decision-making, and fostering a culture of accountability and success.

What You’ll Do
Strategic sales management

  • Directly manage and provide strategic guidance to experienced Strategic Sales Representatives including executing targeted sales strategies for key accounts and market segments.
  • Providing hands-on deal support and coaching the team on complex contract negotiation and presentations to C-level executives.
  • Drive continuous learning and performance improvement by implementing performance standards, practices, and systems that promote accountability and success.


Drive revenue growth and success

  • Use data-driven information to understand high potential sales opportunities and drive targeted sales strategies.
  • Review and identify areas for improvement in sales pipeline creation, conversion, or follow-up execution.
  • Ensure consistent pipeline generation, coverage and velocity to drive revenue.


Team leadership and development

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Strategic Sales Representatives to exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, provide constructive feedback, and create personalized development plans.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance data, including call activity, pipeline progression, and closed deals.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, forecast revenue, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Organisational & cross-functional impact

  • Act as Strategic Sales SME and partner with RevOps, Customer Success, Marketing and other teams to improve process, tooling and execution.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of sales experience with 3–5+ years leading Strategic Sales teams in SaaS, EdTech, or selling to K-12 decision makers
  • Proven track record scaling high-velocity sales teams in a high-accountability environment.
  • Demonstrated experience driving predictable revenue growth and revenue forecast accuracy.
  • Excellent coaching and team development skills with the ability to build high performing culture grounded in skills development.
  • Expertise in pipeline generation and analysis, sales cycle management, all the way to closing complex deals.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • Ability to travel occasionally to attend industry events.
