- Build and execute a global plan to deliver ≥15% YoY revenue growth.
- Expand core sectors (A&D, semiconductor/electronics) and stand up a medical devices vertical.
- Define vertical GTM motions focused on compliance, reliability, and ROI.
- Lead competitive positioning and pricing discipline to protect and grow share.
- Target Class II/III device OEMs and contract manufacturers.
- Align value propositions to FDA verification, ISO 13485, and reliability requirements.
- Develop partnerships across the medical electronics supply chain.
- Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team; set clear territory and account ownership.
- Implement a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDIC/Challenger) and standardized deal reviews.
- Establish metrics, coaching rhythms, and succession planning.
- Own forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage, and quarterly targets.
- Raise win rates and shorten cycle times through qualification rigor and enablement.
- Use CRM and analytics to guide territory focus and resource allocation.
- 15+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership in high-tech hardware/software.
- Track record of double-digit growth and new-market entry.
- Experience selling into defense, aerospace, semiconductor, and medical device sectors.
- Strong executive relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Revenue: ≥15% total YoY growth; ≥50% of growth from new accounts by Q4.
- Pipeline: Company-wide pipeline coverage ≥2× quota; ≥20% of pipeline sourced from medical devices.
- New Logos/Programs: 3 new medical device program wins by the end of Q2.
- Sales Effectiveness: Sales cycle time reduced by ~15%; win rate trending up quarter-over-quarter.
- Team Performance: ≥90% quota attainment across the sales team.
- Market Presence: Execute a focused event plan (e.g., 3+ tier-1 shows in A&D/semis/medtech) and expand channel presence in EMEA/APAC.
