Sales Manager, Business Solutions

About the role:

As the Sales Manager, Business Solutions, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building future-ready commercial capability across the Western United States and Canada. This role leads a geographically dispersed team of Account Managers and plays a critical role in shaping regional sales priorities, strengthening client relationships, and aligning people, processes, and partnerships to support sustainable, long-term growth.

In your day to day, you will be responsible for:
  • Driving regional revenue growth by executing sales plans aligned to the Americas sales strategy and identifying expansion opportunities across accounts, industries, and territories.

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Account Managers, translating strategy into clear priorities, accountability, and execution.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, supporting complex and high-value engagements.

  • Ensuring ethical, client-centric selling practices and guiding the team in positioning tailored, value-led BSI solutions.

  • Executing go-to-market initiatives in partnership with marketing, operations, and training teams to support growth objectives.

  • Monitoring sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and territory effectiveness using CRM and digital tools.

  • Representing BSI in regional client meetings, industry forums, and events, while staying informed on market and competitor trends.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience); MBA preferred.

  • At least 5 years of experience in professional services or B2B consultative sales, with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Demonstrated success managing and growing major accounts through long-term, value-based client relationships.

  • Extensive experience leading, mentoring, and coaching geographically dispersed sales teams.

  • Strong expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.

  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. and Canadian market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and strong analytical skills using Microsoft Office tools.

  • Fluency in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese is a plus.

The base salary for this position can range from $106,500 - 142,000.00 USD annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
