SpringHill Suites Texas City is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead group, corporate, and transient sales efforts for the property. This is a high-impact role for a hospitality sales professional who thrives on building relationships, prospecting new business, and converting opportunities into revenue. The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of hotel sales experience and is ready to take ownership of a market and grow it.

Job Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a limited-service or extended-stay property
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who can manage time and priorities with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of hotel sales systems, CRM/sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with the local Texas City/Galveston County market a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outside sales calls.
Salary non-exempt Insurance 401k vacation. $35,000 to $55,000
