Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Territory Sales Director to lead and expand our business across the western United States . This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through both direct customer engagements and an indirect channel partner model. The successful candidate will manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities within broadband service providers including WISPs and telcos using a strategic, value-oriented methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve or exceed sales targets.

• Manage and grow relationships with existing service providers.

• Directly engage with service providers to understand needs and position Ceragon solutions effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales engineering, product management, and customer support to deliver value-driven solutions.

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal development, and closing.

• Accurately forecast sales pipeline and report on regional performance and market trends.

• Represent Ceragon at industry events, trade shows, and partner forums .

Requirements

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in telecommunications or wireless networking, with a strong track record in solution selling

.• Deep understanding of wireless transport technologies including point-to-point (P2P) and point-to-multipoint (PMP).

• Experience in managing both direct sales and indirect/channel models.

• Existing relationships within wireless service providers and telcos a strong plus.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to develop new business and expand within existing accounts.

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a large, geographically dispersed territory.

• Willingness to travel across the region 50% - 75%.
