The Role: What You’ll Do

As a Sales Opener, you’ll be the first point of contact in our high-octane call center, driving our mission to deliver tax and financial relief. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where your ability to connect, qualify, and move leads through the pipeline directly impacts clients’ lives—and your earnings!

Your day-to-day will include:

  • High-Volume Outbound Calling: Make 100+ outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients struggling with tax or credit card debt.
  • Pre-Qualifying Leads: Use sharp communication and probing questions to assess client needs and qualify leads, ensuring only the best opportunities move forward.
  • Seamless Handoffs: Transfer qualified calls to our expert sales closers, setting the stage for successful deals while maintaining a smooth client experience.
  • CRM Mastery: Leverage cutting-edge CRM tools to track leads and document interactions.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport quickly, turning initial conversations into opportunities for life-changing financial solutions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor your call metrics and conversion rates, collaborating with your team to smash daily and weekly targets.
Who You Are: The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for sales superstars who bring energy, grit, and a passion for winning. You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have 1+ years of sales experience (call center, outbound sales, or B2C preferred) with a proven track record of crushing targets.
  • Excel at communication, building trust over the phone with empathy and confidence.
  • Thrive in a high-volume environment, juggling multiple calls while staying organized and focused.
  • Are tech-savvy, comfortable navigating CRM systems and Microsoft Office to manage leads and data.
  • Bring a coachable mindset, eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Are results-driven, motivated by uncapped commissions and the chance to make a difference.

  • Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
