What we’re looking for:
Take your career to the next level as a Sales Operations Analyst for Modernize. You are the person that keeps everything humming for over 50 Sales and Account Management professionals. You’re analytical and technically inclined, and can manage, administer and improve our sales systems, processes and policies.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be the go-to person for all of our sales systems, especially salesforce.com. You are a whiz in salesforce administration and can design workflows, process builder, alerts, page layouts, etc.
- Create complex salesforce dashboards and reports and provide analytical insight to sales management. Derive and communicate actionable insight from metrics.
- Put processes in place to proactively monitor sales process adherence
- Put processes in place to proactively monitor CRM data quality.
- Take ownership of managing and troubleshooting other systems including Yesware, Hoopla, Five9 (phone system)
- Research, design and deploy sales acceleration tools that expedite the execution of key sales activities.
- Management lists for 40+ SDRs to ensure they always have enough records to dial on.
- Configure accounts for new customers so they can receive our product delivered directly into their CRM
- Serve as our Deal Desk and review incoming contracts for compliance and approve or escalate as necessary.
- Manage documentation for processes and systems in Confluence (wiki).
- Develop and improve the sales process to maximize output and efficiency

- Able to quickly learn new systems and technologies
- Highly analytical and excited about working with data on a daily basis
- Strong communicator and comfortable working with sales leadership
- Organized and able to autonomously manage multiple projects to key deadlines
- Technically inclined and a quick learner
- Strong attention to detail
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Operations role
- Have worked in an Inside Sales role, or supporting role.
- Previous experience with salesforce.com administration. Experience with Apex development a plus.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Qlikview or Tableau.
