About the role 

As a Sales Ops Analyst, focused on Deal Desk, you’ll play a critical part in supporting the Sales organization during the pre-sales cycle, ensuring deals are structured correctly, priced accurately, and compliant with company policies before close. You will act as a trusted partner to Sales, providing guidance on pricing, approvals, and contract structure, while ensuring all deal data is accurately captured in Salesforce and ready for execution. 


Main responsibilities 

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Deal Desk processes, policies, and systems. 
  • Support Sales with deal structuring for standard and non-standard opportunities. 
  • Review deals prior to close to ensure pricing accuracy, policy compliance, and correct billing terms. 
  • Ensure required approvals are obtained before contracts are issued. 
  • Maintain high data integrity in Salesforce. 
  • Assist with contract generation and signature workflows. 
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to move deals efficiently. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve Deal Desk workflows and documentation. 

Requirements and qualifications 

  • Solid experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations. 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficient in Excel. 
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment. 
  • Advanced English. 

 Nice to Have 

  • Experience with CPQ or contract tools (e.g. Conga, DocuSign). 
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models.
