About the role:
Samsara is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to play a critical role in building and scaling our Renewals sales organization. This role will partner with Renewal Sales Leadership and Salesforce Systems to optimize the Renewals lifecycle through scalable processes, strong operational rigor, and data-driven insights that drive retention and expansion.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps to define and document business requirements, drive UAT, and uphold strong data hygiene standards.
  • Partner with Renewal Sales to optimize system workflows, drive improvements and ensure processes scale efficiently as the business continues to grow.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve Renewals outcomes through process redesign, enhancements, and systems-driven initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor key operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities within the Renewals workflow; translate insights into actionable recommendations and drive execution with partners.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps to define and document business requirements, drive UAT, and uphold strong data hygiene standards.
  • Own and govern Renewals-related Sales Policies, ensuring clarity, compliance, and consistent application globally; manage documentation and run routine audits to ensure adherence.
  • Champion and model Samsara’s cultural principles while helping scale a high-performing global Renewals organization.

Minimum requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an operational, analytical, or strategic role supporting a sales organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and business judgment with a track record of contributing to complex projects from strategy through execution.
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce, Zendesk and JIRA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate proactively in a fast-paced environment.
The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
$70,210$106,200 USD
