About the Team:

The Strategy & Operations team is at the epicenter of a rapidly growing business focused on acquiring new B2B customers in the Financial Services space. We are general athletes who have the strategic agility to flex into different parts of the organization to provide thought leadership and operational scale. We are seeking a talented Operations Analyst who can help us widen our reach and impact across the business. 

About the Job:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for the Sales organization to ensure a frictionless sales motion.
  • Run ad hoc and recurring analyses to help the leadership team make informed decisions. 
  • Resolve sales stakeholder requests with a high level of quality and accuracy in a timely manner.
  • Partake in operationalizing strategic initiatives in support of the broader Strategy & Operations team.
  • Serve as a steward of data fidelity and data hygiene across our sales tech stack.
  • Support GTM functions including account assignments, sales promotions, customer activations, etc.

Skills / Experience You Have: 

  • Comfortable running analyses in spreadsheets - know how and when to use lookups, pivots, sums/counts/ifs.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or revenue operations. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM - know how to navigate salesforce and modify basic reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to navigate and find/access resources in a remote work environment.
  • Have an innate curiosity to carry out deep dives into the business to find areas for optimization.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace services (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Mail, Cal, etc)

Skills / Experience Preferred:

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with SCRUM principles, know how to work tickets in JIRA.
  • Storytelling via data visualization, knowing how to use specific visuals to best convey business insights.
  • Working knowledge of finance and business analytics concepts. 

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to communicate via phone calls and/or video conferences (mainly for concierge and sales roles)
