Ferguson is now hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Sales Operations Coordinator- Utility and Government Rebates. The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the processes related to utility rebates. This position requires the ability to quickly respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate and timely information, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, and advocate for customer needs.
This position is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associates in Newport News, VA in accordance with company policy.
Responsibilities:- Execute the streamlined process to ensure customers receive their Utility Rebate credit on account in accordance to service level agreements.
- Work on established Power APP’s for Instant Rebates. This includes working with the field on needed information as well as submissions to program for payment.
- Assist with payment and credit reconciliation monthly.
- Work closely with Treasury on payments received from Utilities and other information needed
- Communicate with local sales or sales management to ensure understanding of any process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
- Ability to effectively communicate with our contractors when information is required.
- Assist with special projects as needed to support the needs of the business.
- Attend scheduled team meetings – internal as well as external program meetings.
Additional Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Adhering to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures. Performing other duties or functions as requested by management.
Qualifications:- Strong ability to identify & document process improvements while collaborating closely with the Operations Analyst.
- Strong attention to detail with data integrity – output, reporting, required data
- Self-motivated and a quick learner.
- Strong communication skills which allow you to communicate effectively with individuals, in a group setting, and in writing.
- Basic to Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,) Experience using PowerBI a plus.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking/decision-making skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
