The Opportunity
As part of the Customer Consulting - Customer Experience team you are expected to lead the execution and management of multiple, simultaneous digital strategy engagements. As a Director you are expected to set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the future leaders.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 9 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
