About the role

Salmon operates an offline network in the Philippines consisting of 7,000 partner stores across the country. We are looking for someone to take ownership of everything these locations need for their day-to-day operations: procurement, storage, inventory management, and materials delivery.

The core processes are already in place, but the network continues to grow. We are looking for an independent manager who will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of Supply Chain, develop existing processes, and find systematic solutions to recurring challenges.
What you'll own

  • Own the end-to-end Supply Chain function: procurement, storage, inventory management, and delivery of materials to stores

  • Manage a team of 4 Supply Chain Specialists in the Philippines

  • Work with suppliers and logistics partners: review terms, identify alternatives, and replace contractors when necessary

  • Control costs and plan material requirements

  • Identify the root causes of recurring issues and turn them into systematic improvements

  • Work with metrics and data and use them to make informed decisions

  • Independently lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate with stakeholder


What makes you a strong fit

  • Experience managing and developing operational processes in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Retail Operations, or a related field

  • Experience working with offline infrastructure at scale, such as stores, dark stores, pickup points, warehouses, or a distributed network of locations

  • Experience building and improving processes related to procurement, inventory, storage, and/or delivery

  • Experience working with suppliers and logistics partners

  • Strong English skills for daily communication with an English-speaking team

  • Currently based outside Russia and Belarus.


Nice to have

  • Experience managing a small operations team or coordinating employees involved in day-to-day operational processes

  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable building and maintaining tracking systems (Excel/Google Sheets or BI tools)
