AlertMedia is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. You’ll also conduct data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions across the entire marketing team and other parts of the business.

Who you are: 
 
You are an experienced sales operations professional who has the appropriate background to quickly start tackling challenges.  You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are passionate about optimizing sales processes and data management and have a roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a willingness to support the team and business. You love to learn and bring a data-driven approach to iterative improvement.   
 
What you get to do every day: 

  • Oversee key activities such as sales forecasting, territory design, budgeting or goal setting.
  • Define and deliver recommendations to sales management and other leaders to improve company performance. 
  • Consistently optimize sales processes and technologies through automations and integrations. 
  • Create scalable, accurate and precise reports to be used by all levels of the business, including executives.
  • Reactively troubleshoot issues faced by the sales teams and proactively propose enhancements to avoid those issues.
  • Ensure data quality within the CRM. 
  • Evaluate new technologies to improve sales performance. 
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to create the best possible experience for the sales teams.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the revenue operations team to ensure optimal processes & practices throughout the lead lifecycle.  

What you bring to the role: 

  • 3+ years of revenue operations experience 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales systems (Outreach, Zoominfo, Qualified, Gong, UserGems, and more) 
  • Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivots, graphs) required
  • Strong data management and analytic abilities required 
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a willingness to take on "non-role-specific" sales duties as needed to support the team and business 
  • Strongly prefer a candidate who has experience in several of the following areas:
    • Business segment support
    • CPQ implementation and maintenance
    • Forecasting 
    • Geographic territory mapping
    • Executive-facing sales reporting and data analytics 
    • CRM improvements and QA testing
    • Commission plan design
    • Building rapport with sales leadership
    • Cross-functional project management
    • Acquisition integration
    • Rapid growth businesses
  • This is a full-time, hybrid position (2-3 days a week in office) based at our downtown Austin, Texas headquarters. Candidates must reside in Austin or the surrounding areas.
