About You
You are a seasoned Sales Operations professional with a track record of driving operational excellence in fast-moving, tech enabled organizations, ideally including healthcare technology.
In your prior roles, you’ve partnered effectively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Success teams to translate strategy into repeatable processes, drive data informed decision making, and deliver scalable operational solutions. You’re proficient with sales enablement tech stacks and have strong analytical mindset to build reports, dashboards, forecast performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
You are comfortable leading complex projects end-to-end, optimizing sales and revenue workflows, and ensuring high data integrity across CRM and other systems. You excel in environments where clarity is built collaboratively and where adaptability and proactive problem solving are essential. Above all, you take pride in creating structure, optimizing processes, and delivering operations support that empowers the growth team to be more effective.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Operations Support
- Partner with the Sr. Sales Operations Manager, Growth leadership to drive continuous improvement in sales productivity, efficiency, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with sales team, client success team and marketing organization to analyze workflows, support campaigns, and optimize lead and pipeline management.
- Manage and enhance the Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate data, improve user experience, and increase adoption and utilization across sales teams.
- Manage RFP processes, including content review, development of responses, and cross-functional coordination.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting, special projects, and operational initiatives
Process & Enablement
- Identify trends, monitor performance against targets, and provide actionable insights tied to strategic initiatives.
- Support sales team enablement by developing onboarding materials, training content, scripts, and role-specific playbooks.
- Proactively identify and address sales process bottlenecks; improve policies, workflows, and data governance for greater team efficiency.
Analytics & Insights
- Own the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales-related data to improve productivity and support company revenue goals.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards; deliver ad hoc analyses to support leadership decisions.
Systems & Tools
- Support Pager’s CRM administration and enhancement, including release updates.
- Manage the Growth organization’s technology stack, including sales enablement tools, to support sales team productivity
- Evaluate and recommend new or existing tools to maximize value from the tech stack and support sales team effectiveness.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrates strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excels at cross functional communication and builds effective partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations, ideally within a B2B technology or SaaS environment, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and supporting revenue growth.
- Advanced Salesforce CRM expertise, including building dashboards, automating workflows, managing data governance, and administering user accounts to optimize sales processes and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, complex formulas, and reporting to drive insights and support data-driven sales decisions.
- Experience applying BANT, MEDDPICC, or similar sales methodologies within Salesforce to support sales operations.
- Skilled in creating documentation and SOPs to standardize and scale processes.
- Proficiency with key sales technology tools:
- Salesforce CRM (2-3 Years of Salesforce Administration experience)
- Salesforce Sales Engagement (Cadence Builder)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Zoominfo Copilot
- Conveyor (AI RFP/VSQ platform) or equivalent experience with a similar tool
For Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the salary range for this position is $120,000- $130,000. The compensation package may include commissions, stock options, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC.
