Are you a self-starter who is confident in your sales ability? ECR Security is hiring for a commission-only sales agent to sell our portfolio of cyber security services. 20-30% commission, depending on experience level and qualifications. No cap on commission. Option to move to base + commission after you prove your sales ability. Set your own hours: work as much or as little as you want. 100% remote work. Services are remote also so you can close deals anywhere in USA. Training and leads provided. Typical sale is 10K. You can set your own sales cycle. Jobs range from 2k-100k. Smaller jobs close quick, under 1 week sometimes. Or shoot for the big fish and the big payout with a longer sales cycle.

The founder is a world-class cybersecurity professional who has presented at international conferences and developed cutting edge security research. Our aim is to develop long term customer relationships by delivering high quality testing and reports that have an immediate impact on customer security preparedness.

Job Responsibilities: Pre-qualified cold leads will be provided along with training on the details of the services you'll be selling. You'll be reaching out to these leads via cold email, phone, and/or LinkedIn messaging to explain our value proposition and conduct discovery conversations. You'll work closely with the founder to schedule technical meetings and gather information neccessary for price quotes. Maintain and update a simple pipeline and submit weekly progress reports. Manage the sales process from discovery to signing. Provide feedback on messaging, scripts, and targeting to improve conversion over time.

Ideal Job Candidate: Someone in the US who has at least 1 year of experience selling technical products or services who is comfortable selling to a highly technical audience such as midmarket and enterprise level CISO or IT Directors. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be well organized, reliable and punctual. Someone who is highly self directed and self motivated and needs little to no guidance to successfully navigate the sales process. The candidate should have proven experience closing 5 and 6 figure deals.

Compensation: Commission-only up to 30% of first-year revenue per deal. Renewal and expansion commissions available. Paid after initial deposit payment clears. No cap on earnings. After a few successful closes you will have the option to switch to base + commission or commission + draw payment models.
