About the Role
As a Project Manager Intern specializing in Process & AI Innovation within the Revenue Operations (Sales) teams, you will be pivotal in boosting our operational efficiency. This is a dynamic opportunity to apply project management principles and emerging AI technologies to streamline internal processes across the Go-To-Market organization. You will gain practical experience supporting key initiatives and enhancing team operations through process optimization. A major goal will be leveraging AI tools and 'No-Code' platforms to identify, automate, and accelerate manual, repetitive tasks, enabling teams to discover and implement more efficient ways of working.
Responsibilities
Project and Administrative Support: Provide administrative and project management support, including coordinating activities, tracking milestones, and assisting with team deliverables, documentation, and reporting (meeting notes, project reports, etc.).
Operational Playbook and Wiki: Assist in mapping, analyzing, and documenting existing partner processes (AE, PAM, etc.) to create clear visual playbooks and internal wikis.
AI Strategy and Automation: Support the research, classification, and prioritization of AI use cases for RevOps/Sales, including defining the AI operating model and helping to automate manual, repetitive tasks using 'No-Code' platforms and AI tools.
Tech Stack Analysis & Collaboration: Contribute to efforts to build a unified tech stack, assisting with 'build vs. buy' evaluations for new tools. You will also collaborate with IT and engineering to prototype and validate AI solutions.
Recommendations: Help synthesize findings and data into clear, measurable recommendations that align with sales motions and business outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Data Science, or a related field.
- Available for a full-time 12-week internship, working from our Austin office 3-5 days a week during the summer (May-Aug).
- Business Strategy or Tech-focused student with a strong interest in AI/Automation, process improvement, program management, and technology exploration.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and translate ideas into structured documentation.
- A natural problem-solver who enjoys mapping out a process (using tools like Lucidchart or Miro) and thinking about how to make it simpler and faster.

- Estimated hourly pay of $24/hour.
